Then today all I needed was to get 3 documents certified by the state (luckily there is a local office) and I could send it in the mail. Well, not so quick, I called the local office and they were closed for Truman Day. Whatttttt??? I was so crushed. But in the adoption world you get used to telling yourself that everything happens for a reason. So, today I neatly organized all the dossier documents and tomorrow we will swing by the Secretary of State office and overnight "the official dossier" to Minnesota. Yippeeeeee, almost there...
